Working online with access to UTAS MyLO

SELF-ASSESSMENT 2

Consider the questions below, provide your reflections via email to colin.jones@utas.edu.au

1. With reference to these Leadership Styles, do you believe you operated within the festival in more than one style? if so, which ones and why?.
2. With reference to these Leadership Styles, did you you recognise any other  styles whilst contributing to the festival? if so, which ones and to what extent do such styles work together?
3. Were your expectations of being a leader during the Festival of Voices met? if so (or not), please explain.
4. What unique leadership talents do you believe you contributed (or could in the future) to the Festival of Voices?

GROUP SENSE MAKING PROCESS 2

If you have online access to UTAS and its MyLO plateform, following the process below.

Use your UTAS username and password to access MyLO.

There you will see the 'Festival of Voices' unit, click on that.

Inside the unit, in the top left-hand side, you will see an icon titled 'Discussions', click on that.

There you will see a discussion area called Group Sense Making. It has 4 phases, marked 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Read the Situation Statement available HERE

Having ensured you understand the Group Sense Making process as explained below, post your feelings (that have emerged from reading the situation statement) into the phase 1 area.

Once other students have posted their feelings into phase 1, complete the next three phases as per the instructions provided below. Note, if other students are completing this process without access to MyLO, their phase 1 comments will be posted HERE.

If you are working without access to UTAS's MyLO, follow the process below.

Read the Situation Statement available HERE

Having ensured you understand the Group Sense Making process as explained below, email me your feelings (that have emerged from reading the situation statement) to Colin.Jones@utas.edu.au

Once I have the feelings from around 10 to 15 other students (posted online or via email), I will share them HERE. After you have read these other feelings,  complete the next three phases as per the instructions provided below, but by posting the last 3 phases to me by email as well.
